Using Jot form for my business

I am attempting to use a JotForm real estate form for my business ad's so that clients can enter their information and the leads come directly to my email. I have used it in the past, but it seems that you have updated your webpage and it is not allowing me to copy link to my ad so that clients can fill in their information. Please assist me
