    It shows web format , and will not fit the app page size for iphones....

    I can't understand your query. However when I checked your form I see that there is a styling issue:

    Please elaborate the issue if it is not the issue you are mentioning.

    This one is reported to the theme owner. It will be fixed as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    The issue mentioned above is fixed. You need to re-apply the theme to use the new version.
