Using one credit card for multiple registrants

This question is regarding using credit card. If a family of 6 registered, each form has a balance due of $50.00. Instead of entering the mother’s credit card information 6 times, can she put the total of all balance dues, $300.00, on her form and only enter the card information once.  Can this be done with conditional logic? Perhaps add a new line “Credit Card payment for multiple registrants”.

Are you referring to this Registration Form: http://www.jotform.us/form/61477497499175? As per checking the form, you can only register one person at a time. If I understand your concern correctly, you want your form to have the ability to register multiple person with one time input of Credit Card Information. The only way you can do this is to allow your form to accept multiple registration. If you just need one information for all of the 6 registration for the family, you can add a quantity field in your form and just multiply the amount to be paid and pass it to the payment field.
