How can I send my survey to someone so they can work on it and edit?

If you want other users to edit your form, you can add them as sub users to your account. 

To add sub users, kindly go to Account->Users and click on Create New Sub User. Please keep in mind that sub users have to sign up to JotForm if they do not already have a JotForm account.

You can either share all your forms with sub users or share the selected forms.
