    Unable to save changes on form?

    Hello and a happy new year :-). I need yr help pls with my forms. Very often I can't open the forms to make changes. If I can open a form and change some data it's not possible to save the changes. If I press the "save button"  - no reaction.

    If I try to insert the form in our page (magiy, webdesigner 11 premium) it tells me, that no HTML code can be found.

    Very strange, because I am using yr forms since long time and I never had this problem. Can you help me :-)?

    Hi,

    Happy new year to you too :)

    Upon checking your account, the forms are not disabled. I can also open them in the form builder. I noticed that you are in Version 4 of our form builder, so I went ahead and tested a form in my regular account using the version 4. Please note that Version 4 is in Beta stage

    Here's a screencast of it:

     

    You can see that changes on my form were added and saved successfully. 

     

    Could you please try again? You can also try using a different browser and see if the problem persists even there. I have also clear your form's cache but it is also best to clear your browser's cache just to be sure. 

    You can also try switching back to the stable version of our form builder. You can do that by clicking your account avatar at the top right corner of the page and click "Switch to old version":
