We are not able to open some of the resumes we received.
Maybe one out of 20... Not sure if it's our problem or the person's file that it wrong?
Sometimes it's a .doc, sometimes .pdf...
Please help me!!

I have checked the file uploaded to the submission from the screenshot provided. I have tried reuploading the file and was unable to upload it since the file is not uploaded correctly. We request you to check with the user once and upload the file again or submit the form once again.

It's not the only user that we have this problem.
Other users too. You think the problem comes from their file that is incorrectly uploaded?
Some users tell us that have problems uploading, maybe it's the reason?

I have tried submitting your form and was able to submit without any issue.
I have also checked the uploaded file and was able to download it normally from the submissions. I am able to replicate the issue at my end the form seems to be working fine at my end.
If you notice any issue further, we request you to get back to us along with any error message displayed so that we can further investigate the issue.
