My form dont receive responses

    Hello,

    Can you create a new page (a duplicate of your current page where you have placed your form) and add your form there?

    There was a bug on embedding forms on wordpress.com pages, but it's recently been fixed. But the fix does not take effect unless the steps above is done, or if you replace your form with a different one. The need for this is because wordpress.com has a web cache that can't seem to be removed by users. So the immediate fix for this is to replace the page.
