PDF Form not being created

Hi, I noted quite a few posts on this but the most recent said it had been fixed. I have tried using this feature but just getting the spinning wheel saying "Working". Are there any restrictions on what content can be included in PDF forms?

As of right now, our PDF creator is currently working properly. I cloned your form and I was able to generate the PDF form after 40 seconds. Here's a screen capture of the PDF file:

Please try disabling any browser add-ons or extensions temporarily. You may also try using another browser just to check if it will work or not. Lastly, you may need to clear your browser cache.

Yes, widgets, conditions and page breaks are not supported in the fillable PDF form. Please refer to this user guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

I attempted to login using Firefox and got this message "Due to <a target="_blank" href="http://www.jotform.com/terms" ><b><u>terms of use</u></b></a> violation, your account has been suspended.<br>It was suspected to be used for phishing. If you think this is a mistake please <a target="_blank" href="http://www.interlogy.com/contact.html?jotform=yes" ><b><u>contact us</u></b></a> to resolve this issue."

    What do you suggest?
