People are getting a random error when trying to submit my form, and can't submit. Even if everything is filled out perfectly. I wasn't able to re-create the issue on my end, and seems to affect random people. No idea why this is occurring?
Here is the form (at the bottom of the page): https://boston.barkbud.com/dog-walking-jobs/

I have submitted the form embedded in your webpage and I could see it worked fine, here is a screenshot of the submission that was generated upon my test:
Could you please provide us more details about the error your users are getting when submitting the form?
This will help us to know if the form is being blocked for any reason or if it is related to something added to the form and that has not been properly set up.
I would also suggest you to ask, if possible, your users to submit the form using the direct link, this will also help to know if the problem also happens when submitting the form using the direct link.
We'll wait for your response.

I cloned your form to test it and I am unable to reproduce the issue. Do you happen to know what type of device or browser is being used when the error occurs? I tried in Chrome, FireFox and Edge, each one allowed for submissions without issue.

Yes, it is weird because no matter what I do I am unable to reproduce the errors. But at least a handful of people have had this issue in the last day or two. I know that a couple were using Chrome at the time.
I think it has something to do with the form thinking that a field isn't fully completed when it is required, thus not allowing someone to submit. Are there any hidden requirements for the file submission field? Could a file type not be registering on it?
Someone else noted that when they hit submit, it didn't redirect them to the thank you page. It just left them on a blank page.

I tested a few times on mobile as well but I am still unable to reproduce this. The error in your above screenshot related to a field not being filled. All fields look to be available in the form so nothing should be preventing a complete form.
Have them try on mobile Chrome of FireFox if they are trying to submit the form on mobile. Generally, that allows for much better usage on mobile.
