    Forms NOT showing in My Forms

    Asked by jotease on May 26, 2012 at 03:10 AM

    I've not used Jot Form for perhaps over a year since my forms were created and embedded into my website.

    Today I logged into Jot Form and was surprised that all my forms are not showing in My Forms, but yet my forms seem to be working.

    How do I get my forms to appear again??

    I've checked your account and you have 3 forms under your account. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? Can you please provide us the URL of your websites? So we can find the form IDs and locate your forms.

    Thanks in advance.

    @jotease

    Using the URL of the websites, I was able to trace the forms and accounts used.

    You actually have multiple free JotForm account used for each related forms -- And joetease was actually the one that does not have form used yet.

    This are the accounts. You may have to login to each to see your forms associated to the websites you mentioned.
