We need to know if we would need more than the standard free plan you offer

Hi guys,

We are new to bigcommerce and see about 70-100 emails contact directly using bigcommerces standard forum contact page.  We are confused as to what your program offers and how to know if we would need more then the standard free program you offer.  We share 0 data other then text words from customers back and forth.

Our free plan only allows you to receive up to 100 submissions per month. On top of that, there is payment submissions limit (10 submissions), form views limit (1000 views), the file storage limit (100MB), forms limit (5 forms).

If you need more of the above limits, we recommend upgrading to the next tiers. For example, the Bronze plan which allows to you receive up to 1, 000 submissions per month and this is total regardless of the form type (payment or non-payment).
