I have a client trying to fill out a contract, and they are unable to see or sign the signature box. They are using an up to date browser.Page URL:

I have checked your JotForm and see that the signature widget is displaying normally at my end.
Is the form is embedded on any of your web pages? If so, please provide us with the web page so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.
