    I see that your account worldwidewest is renewed with Bronze subscription today. It seems that you have already canceled the subscription. The account is now scheduled to downgrade by the end of the current subscription period. Do you want to keep the subscription for this month or want to downgrade now?

    As per your request, we have canceled the subscription and downgraded the account to Free. The last payment has also been refunded. Please allow 5 to 7 business days to reflect the refund amount in your account statement.
