    Hi,

SO far I am really liking the service and I was wondering if its possible for people to upload bigger files than 100mb though jot forms. I am a sound engineer and I would need to for clients to send me bigger files. Is there a way that I could do this? Is there a plan that you offer that would make it possible for this to happen. Thanks

    Hi there,

Please note that the File Upload field (single file upload) of JotForm allows you to upload file of more than 100MB size. However, the multiple file upload versions is less stable than the single file upload and uploading files with such size might fail.

With this, I would suggest you use single file upload if you would not require too many file uploads in your form.

Please note that you need to set the Max File Size property of your field to equal or greater than 102400 (that's 100MB x 1024).

    Hey Christian,
Thanks for the answer, I did test the service and it works very well. The only thing is when playing with it, I blocked my free account from doing anything more ;-)… Its probably not your thing but I really wanted to know if it would be possible to get my account reset back to zero now that I figure out how it works? I would really appreciate it since I am still in the testing phase of jot forms, and I want to see if my clients will start using the service on my website… Thanks

As of right now, your account is in over limit status because you have 419.12MB storage space. Under the Free plan, you can only store up to 100MB.

Please delete the submissions with the uploaded files so that your account will be active again. Deleting the submission will clear your storage space. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/377-How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.
