Submissions: Customizing PDF Attachments

    Currently when a form is submitted the corresponding questions and answers are provided in the body of the email.  But the PDF attachment only has the answers submitted.  Is their a way to get the same info in the body of the email to show up in the attachment?

    Hi there,

    You can customize the PDF attachment to your email notification by going to PDF > Customize PDF in the submissions page of the form in questins. Please see below.

    Thanks for the response but I am still having trouble. I wanted to add the questions (see attached) to the left hand column on the PDF. I am not able to edit these fields.
