Sale price not applied on subscription payment

    Regarding account:  boardchair@heartlandalliance.ca

    We had purchased a subscription on December 23 for the "sale" price of approximately $9.95.  I received my visa statement today and noticed we were charged $19.00 instead of the sale price.

    I would appreciate a refund of the almost $9.05 to my visa card please. 

    If I misunderstood the sale and it wasn't $9.95, please advise.

    Hi Kimberly,

    The sales discount is only applicable for annual subscription payment.

    As far as I can see on your account/username  HeartlandAllianceChurch  your subscription is a BRONZE-Monthly plan and not the Yearly one.

    You can review your payment invoice for details on your account billing section
