SSL logo doesn't appear

    the ssl logo doesn't appear in the embedded for. Please advise.

    The http://firerockgolf.com/mens-league/ page where the SSL form was embedded must also be using SSL encryption for the SSL logo to appear.

    If you check using the stand alone form URL in SSL mode like this https://www.jotform.ca/form/30796063443254, you can see it working.

    Let us know if you were not able to make it work even when the SSL requirements were met.
