How to create a .pdf copy of a submitted form

    Hi,

I have a few online waivers that participants fill out, and I was able to set one of them up so that a copy of the filled out waiver was e-mailed to the participants (called Up Down Circus, LLC - Photo, Video and Sound Recording Release (Minors)), but I haven't been able to do that with another one (called Up Down Circus, LLC - Waiver and Release). I tried to do what I remembered but wasn't able to get anywhere with it. Any help you have would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    -Warren

    Hi,

To send a PDF submission data to the users who submit your form, you need to turn on the PDF attachment in the Autoresponder Email Setting. Please see the image below:

Thanks for the information, although I’ve actually already done this. I suppose my original question wasn’t specific enough.
I need the entire text of the form e-mailed to them as a .pdf. If you refer to the forms I pointed you to you should see the difference in what I’m referring to.
    Thanks!
