Email Blocked?

    It shows me that my email has been blocked.  I do not understand why.  And I did not know this.  I run a house and office cleaning business.  I have been wondering why I was getting submissions and they stopped.  Why was this blocked?  Its a business email.

    I searched for a registere account associated with the email address from our member database. The results showed that it is associated to a guest account. Forms created under a guest account are not kept for long since they rely on browser cookies.

    If you wish to get the forms created under a guest account and login to Jotform you will need to be a register user. Once you visit Jotform you should see something like this on the left side:

    Just create an account and that email address. Your guest account will be merged with this new account.

    Also, Guest accounts have a limit of 20 submissions per month, that is the reason why you stop getting submissions.
