I attempted to login using Firefox and got this message "Due to <a target="_blank" href="https://www.jotform.com/terms" ><b><u>terms of use</u></b></a> violation, your account has been suspended.<br>It was suspected to be used for phishing. If you think this is a mistake please <a target="_blank" href="http://www.interlogy.com/contact.html?jotform=yes" ><b><u>contact us</u></b></a> to resolve this issue."

    What do you suggest?

    Hello Versilia,

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. We have automated anti-phishing system which scans all forms and mark them with probability of being used for phishing activities.

Upon taking a closer look at your form, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now. Do try to sign in to your JotForm account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Thank you!

It seems that your forms doesn't violate our Terms of Use  and it might have been regarded as false positive.

To avoid your account from being suspended in the future, please make sure to avoid fields that don't have any labels and forms should have proper titles. Also avoid adding password and credit card fields in your form.
