Some customers say that form isn't working

    Hi there,

    A number of our customers have said that our Jot Form isn't working.  Most notably the form keeps saying a postcode is required and they have entered it.

    Would you be able to let me know the issues that could be causing this. As I have done some 'test' submissions using Chrome and it seems to work okay.

    Hey Graham, I cloned and tested your form but failed to reproduce the problem either. Here's how it went from my perspective:

    And if I attempt to purposely leave the Postcode field empty, it won't let me submit the form:

    As far as I can tell, your form works as intended. Since you managed to test and it worked, and from my end it worked too, we can safely deduce that this might be a client-sided problem from your end-users.

    If a user reports that they can't submit the form, kindly advise them to ensure all the required fields are filled out.
