Hide/Show conditions not working on my form

    Based on what circle option you tick you where shown certain text in my form. This was working wonderfully since I set it up last month.

    Suddenly it stopped working even though I haven't touched the conditions. Try it yourself by clicking on different options: https://form.jotformeu.com/63362628947366

    I've tried opening in different browsers and devices and they all have the same problem so it must be something in jotform.

    Please help, this is pretty urgent!

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    I have cloned your form and tested on my side. I can able to the same issue with you. After that, I have removed the condition and added it again. The issue is fixed. When I filled the field, your other fields were shown. When I refresh the page, all fields were disabled again. As you can see:

    Please remove your conditions and add it again. I can suggest you clear your browser's cache. If you have still a problem, feel free contact us.

    Thank you Helen. I have removed the conditions and added them again but it still has the same issue. It should be showing only 1 of the texts, not all. Like in this one: https://form.jotformeu.com/63364212810346

    I was able to reproduce the issue you're having with your form, and I believe this is caused by the "<" (less than symbol) in your radio-button field option labels. I will forward this to our development team so they can further check it and we will just notify you here, in this thread for updates if there are any.

    As for the time being, I suggest you do the workaround I have below to get what you're aiming to achieve.

    A. Delete all the 16 conditions in your form.

    B. Unhide all the 15 HTML (Text) fields on page 1 of your form. The ones that start with, "You qualify for".

    C. Change the options of your "Organisation Turnover" radio button field to:

    £150m+

    £100m to <span>£150m</span>

    £80m to <span>£100m</span>

    £70m to <span>£80m</span>

    £60m to <span>£70m</span>

    £50m to <span>£60m</span>

    £40m to <span>£50m</span>

    £30m to <span>£40m</span>

    £20m to <span>£30m</span>

    £10m to <span>£20m</span>

    £5m to <span>£10m</span>

    £2m to <span>£5m</span>

    £0.5m to <span>£2m</span>

    £100k to <span>£0.5m</span>

    £25k to <span>£100k</span>

    D. Inject the CSS codes below to your form.

    label[id^="label_input_3"] span:before {

    content:"<" !important;

    }

    Reference: http://www.jotform.com/help/117-How-to-Inject-Custom-CSS-Codes

    E. Add the following (15) conditions listed below.

    1. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£150m+" show "You Qualify for Band 1..."

    2. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£100m to <span>£150m</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 2..."

    3. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£80m to <span>£100m</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 3..."

    4. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£70m to <span>£80m</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 4..."

    5. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£60m to <span>£70m</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 5..."

    6. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£50m to <span>£60m</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 6..."

    7. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£40m to <span>£50m</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 7..."

    8. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£30m to <span>£40m</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 8..."

    9. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£20m to <span>£30m</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 9..."

    10. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£10m to <span>£20m</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 10..."

    11. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£5m to <span>£10m</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 11..."

    12. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£2m to <span>£5m</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 12..."

    13. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£0.5m to <span>£2m</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 13..."

    14. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£100k to <span>£0.5m</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 14..."

    15. If Organisation Turnover is equal to "£25k to <span>£100k</span>" show "You Qualify for Band 15..."

    Below is a clone version of your form where I have applied the changes I have mentioned above.

    I hope this helps. If, in any case, you have other questions regarding the workaround above, please do not hesitate to get back to us and we will be glad to help you.

    Thank you.
