Auto-responder email is not being sent.

    Good Afternoon,


    We are having issues with users not receiving the Emails receipt on the below jotform i have got the users to try Safari and google Chrome and the submission is showing but users are not receiving the emails from the Autoresponder.


    Can you help?

    Hello Michael,

    Upon checking our records, I found that your email address ended up in our bounce list for following reasons:

    Result: is IN 

     the bounce list 

    Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP


    That is the reason why the auto-responder email was not sent. I have removed your email from our bounce list and it should be working fine now. I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

    Thanks you for removing suzanne from the bounce list could you check the below email addresses are not in the bounce list as well as we are receiving a few queries about this

    Hello Michael,

    I have checked all of the email addresses one by one and I have seen that 2 of the email addresses were in our bounce list as you can see the screenshots below:

    I have removed that email addresses from our bounce list. So that, they are able to receive emails normally now.
