    Hello,

I have created a contact form that I want to embed as a feedback button (with a clickable tab) in every single page of my wordpress site.  Is there a way to add them automatically to all pages?  Or I need to add them manually to every single page?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi MK,

Can you share with us the URL of the wordpress site where the form was used? We can provide more assistance if we can see how it is setup.

In think, being a feedback button, you can add it one-time only if you apply it similary to how some footer or banner are applied in wordpress. Meaning it should probably be embedded in the index/main page for it to appear anywhere on the site.

BUT-- if you meant in 'clickable tab', you can be referring to each pages that are access in tab navigation/menu... this would mean different pages, so, you will have to embed it manually on each tab pages.

Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    Hi Marcos,

From what I found so far, it is currently not yet available in the Wordpress.org plugins reposistory

    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/search.php?q=jotform

But our CTO have provided this link for the location of the new JotForm Feedback Button plugin.

    http://jotform.github.io/wordpress-feedback-plugin/

You can actually use it already, and there is an included instructions on how to add it to your Wordpress website (similar to what you can do if its in WP plugin repository).

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

I know this thread was a long time ago but I wanted to post an update. We have just released a Wordpress plugin: JotForm Feedback Button. You can now add customizable feedback buttons to your web site more easily.
