I cannot receive notifications

bom dia, fiz a publicacao no meu site sobre o jotform e ainda nao recebi os bonus de submissao que tenho direito, segue link para que seja analisado e pontuado de acordo com o informativo de voces, 50 submissoes a que tenho direito,

If I can understand you correctly, you claim that you cannot receive notifications from us. I inspected your forms and found that you haven't specified any recipient address yet for your 2 forms which are titled as "Cadastro de DME 2015" and "Inscrição - 1º Encontro de Gestores Municipais de Educação/2017".

If you don't specify any recipient address for your form, you cannot get any notifications neither. Please, would you review our user guide which is related to set up email notifications and try it again?

If you don't receive any notifications even if you set up your recipient addresses, please don't forget to check your spam folder. If you see the e-mails which are sent from us in your spam folder, please mark them as not spam.
