Troubleshooting password recovery

    Dear ones

     

    I have tried to recover my password from Jotform, but I have not been successful. When filling out the recovery email: luizhenriquemonteiro.mkt@gmail.com, I get no feedback. On other occasions when I had to recover the password, it always worked.

     

    Thank you for your attention and I'm counting on solving the problem.

    This is because your email address is in our bounce list, here's the reason: 

    Reason(s) : X-Postfix; Host or domain name not found. Name service error

    I have removed it now so you can receive the emails with the reset instructions, please try again and let us know if this still persists.
