I have tried to recover my password from Jotform, but I have not been successful. When filling out the recovery email: email@example.com, I get no feedback. On other occasions when I had to recover the password, it always worked.

This is because your email address is in our bounce list, here's the reason:
Reason(s) : X-Postfix; Host or domain name not found. Name service error
I have removed it now so you can receive the emails with the reset instructions, please try again and let us know if this still persists.
