My form continuously sends me a PDF of my submission to my Google Drive, and I can't find out how to disable this.

I know that I set this up at some point, but I haven't been able to find out how I did it.  Please advise. 

While editing your form, click on the "Integrations" tab:

From the integrations menu, click on the integration you wish to remove, then click to remove the integration.

Keep in mind, this will prevent files from being sent to Drive as well.
