Please clarify whether and how I can collect credit card payments

I would like to collect some credit card information in order to have people register and pay for events that I arrange.  I see conflicting statements on your site.  

The payment page says:   

Accept Online Payments

Easily accept online payments with credit card payment processing through our secure integrations with PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.Net, & more.

The Terms of Use page says:  You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information.

Please clarify whether and how I can collect credit card payments.

First of all, to answer your question about clarifying whether and how you can collect credit card payments: Yes you can collect credit card payments, and you do that only through our payment integrations.

The seemingly conflicting statements you mentioned above are just a general rule and its exception, as the following:

The general rule is to not collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information.

The exception to this general rule, in terms of credit card payments, is the payment integrations that JotForm supports.
