I am interested in getting complete details on your Bronze and Silver packages

I am with Rio Hondo College in Whittier Ca.   We are interested in using Jot Form for our Summer Bridge Program for our student on-line registration.  in the past we have used google docs. 

I would like details on what each of the two packages provides, and how we would use them.  Also, the monthly cost, do we pay monthly or up front for a certain amount of time?

We offer an option to pay for monthly, yearly, or bi-yearly. Also, we currently offer 50% discount year end sale until January 10, 2017.

Unfortunately, we don't have a phone support. However, you can reach us here in the forum support which we reply in a timely manner.

For Bronze plan:

1,000 submission per month: This is the number of submission per month on your account. It means that you can receive 1,000 submissions per month.

10 GB available space: This is the total storage space in your account. These are the uploaded files from your users.

25 Forms: You can create up to 25 forms in your account.

10,000 Form Views: This is the total of views to your form. Each time someone loads your page would load the form and that would be a form view. If someone goes to edit their submission then that is another example of a form view.

Submission and form views will be reset back to 0 every first day of the month. 

For Silver plan: It is the same as the bronze plan with increase limits.

One question that I have is, are we able to establish a P.O. to use? If we are I would need an invoice to send to our accounting dept. Once we decide which package would suit our needs ,or do you only except credit card payment.?
