The Appointments Slot widget appears to be timing out. How can I fix this?

The widget times out in edit mode and doesn't appear (only the widget title) when it's embedded on the final page.

I checked your form and the widget looks to be working properly at this time:

This may have been a temporary issue.  Let us know if it is still timing out on your end and we will be happy to have another look.  As far as I can tell though, at this time there should be no issues using the widget in your form.
