How can you limit the number of submissions on form?

We are looking for a form builder for our various events we host. Is your form builder capable of limiting the number of responses, for instance we have 60 seats to sell for an event is there a way to set the limit at 60 so the form is no longer available after it is full?

You can set there on how many submissions the form will disable and what the message will be.
