We have some issues with lost forms.
We started selling a products back on August 31st, and for some reason, I cannot find where our forms have gone. It is showing that the first purchase is from November.
We have probably have over 2000 submissions and it is showing a little over 500 only.
Can you help me with this?

It looks like your account was over the Free limits for a period of time before subscribing. This caused the limit of shown submissions to be 500. The remaining submissions should have been restored when you upgraded but it looks like they were not.
I restored those submissions and they are available once again. Let us know if anything is still missing and we will be happy to have another look.
