our organization regularly creates application forms in JotForm. Do you know of a way or an add on feature to JotForm that would allow us to have the applications reviewed and graded by several reviewers?
At the moment, we just download the Excel sheet and PDFs of the applications received and each reviewer has to manually add their grade to the spreadsheet which is time consuming to compile on our end and not as easy to review from the graders' side.
It would be great, if there would be an add on that allows the applications to be pulled into a system and graded by several reviewers to allow the highest scored applications to be accepted.
Are you aware of a way to achieve this in JotForm or an add-on that would allow such feature?
Thank you four your help!

I think that there are two ways this can be achieved within JotForm. In both scenarios you would allow your reviewers to edit submissions that were submitted.
1. You can add your reviewers as sub account users of your account and give them permission to view and edit submissions. You would also need to add additional fields to your form, one for each reviewer, where they will enter their grade.
2. You can create approval workflow. In this case you would send each reviewer email Notification with edit link of submissions and they will be able to grade applications.
This would also require additional fields, where they would enter grades. You can check the steps provided by my colleague here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/401633#401648
