    Hello Jot Form,

Class starts in 2 weeks.  I need to come up with a way for our teaching assistants to collect grades for attendance  What would be easiest is if we had access to a form that is set-up like an excel spreadsheet.

Left column student name right columns would have dates for attendance and a class participation grade.

I need to be able to create drop down lists in the spreadsheet type form  so that I can control what the end user puts into each field.

Please let me know if you have such a product and if I need to purchase a subscription for it and the cost.

    Hi there,

I saw the format of the spreadsheet you want to have in https://www.jotform.com/answers/1027855. Unfortunately, I cannot find a specific theme that is the same as your requirement.

However, you can build the form that will suit your need by using one of these widgets:

Spreadsheet Widget - here's a demo of how it works: https://form.jotform.com/61441655557965. It does not allow dropdown fields though.

Configurable List - here's a demo of how it works: https://form.jotform.com/61654821574965. With this, you can have more control on the type of fields you want add.

As for the price/cost, it does not depend on what type of form or which features you use with JotForm. We have the summary of very affordable pricing structure here.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
