I am trying to purchase your Bronze package for the annual discount but after folioing the prompts I log into my PayPal and am receiving an error message (see attached screenshot).

I checked our logs and the payment did not go through. Try subscribing once again to see if the same error returns. If it does, let us know and we will see what we can do. You should be able to subscribe via PayPal at this time.

I have tried this multiple times and cleared my browser and tried different browsers too! I can tell the payment did not go through but I'm not sure why I'm getting this error. Still happening :(

We have users paying the same method, they don't seem to be getting any problems with Paypal. It's maybe specific to your Paypal account, some payment restrictions or similar I guess. I'm afraid we can't help you resolve this. Contacting Paypal is your best option.
Anyhow, have you tried the other payment method e.g. through CC?
