Why have I had no response from support?
I went to tweak my form and found my account suspended. After looking at the T&C I understand why, but in order to fix this issue I need to be able to get into my account. I have emailed support multiple times about this and have heard NOTHING back. After looking on your website and seeing everyone that works for JotForm, I'm a little disappointed at not having ANY response yet.
I am very impressed with JotForm and it's ease of use - very nice product. However, support is my pain point.
Bottom line is, I'd like to get my account un-suspended so I can make corrections and move forward. Please get in touch with me SOMEHOW.

Thank you so much for the quick response on this. And thank you for activating my account again. As far as I could tell it was just the CC fields that caused me to be out of compliance. I will check out the payment integrations should we decided to continue in that route.
