I am using JotForm to create an order form that our retailers can use to purchase wholesale products from us.
Once submitted, the user that placed the order is going to want a confirmation of the information/order that they submitted.
I guess this can be a text email or a PDF that gets attached to an email +
And, sent to the email address inputted on the form.
Is this possible?

Yes, it is indeed possible to send an email to the submitter, here is a guide that you can follow in order to add the email auto-responder to your form: Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email
While setting up the auto-responder you need to go to t he advanced tab and enable the PDF attachment:
