Is there a way to translate the generated pdf link or put custom text?

Yes, this is possible. Simply create the Edit URL manually. Do the following in the email body:

1. Type your Edit Text.

2. Select/highlight the text.

3. Click the Add/Edit URL button.

4. Inset http://www.jotformeu.com/edit/{id} in the URL box:

{id} is the submission ID. This should be present in the edit URL. Upon submission, this will be converted to the actual submission ID string.

Hello, pdf link text has sid and form id. How can I add such link? Yours has only form id not sid.

My colleague Welvin provided the "Edit Link". If you want the PDF Link in the email notification, please add it by going to the Email Editor.

In the Email Editor, click the Form Fields drop down and select PDF link. This will generate the string {pdf-link}. The PDF link has the SID and Form ID.
