For some reason the payements weren't going through to our Paypal account and then we realized that we have had incorrect information in the payment wizard. Instead of GetHeard.email@example.com we put in a the Merchant I.D. which is a series of letters which means none of the payments got sent to any PayPal account. We now have the correct information in the payment wizard and would like to relaese the funds to our PayPal account. Please advise thank you!

Since you input the merchants ID, the money they originally submitted (which was actually never charged because it didn't go anywhere) will usually be returned to them within 30 days by paypal.
