I use a free version of Jot Form.. What is different about the paid version?

    I have not gotten any surveys since 12/20. Did you cut off service on the free jot form?

    We still offer the free plan, as we always did. The difference between the free plan and our paid plans is in how many forms you can create, how many submissions you can receive (monthly, in total, regular submissions, payments, etc), how many sub users you can create, how much storage space you have available for files that are uploaded through your forms, etc.

    I have also checked your account, and I see it is active and within the limits of a free plan. This means your form should be working fine, and I also see that the last submission you received came on January 07.
