Can you please reste my password? i never get an email when i press to reset my password. please help me asap, i need to see the entries.

I checked your email against our bounce list and it was not in it.
I then proceeded with sending you a reset password instructions email, and it was sent successfully.
Please check your inbox, spam, bulk folders for it. It's sent exactly at 2017-01-07 13:37:15 meaning two minutes ago, from email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org.

I didn't receive the email. Not in the spam nor in the ordinary mailbox.

I have checked your email address and did not find it in our bounce list which means that emails are being sent from our servers, here's also a screenshot of the email that I just sent with the reset instructions:
You could also check on your mail server and make sure that the emails from JotForm are not being blocked.
Please check and let us know if you did receive your email.
