Send a copy of the users data through email

    Hi,

    I want the email to go out to the registrant to include dancer name, dob, dance level, fees due, and dances selected.

    I have turned on send PDF attachment of form which I hope will send them a copy of everything they signed up for.  Including all participants, whether that be one or two or three.  

    Is this the best way to get this information to the registrant?

    Hello Lori,

    The autoresponder notification itself contains all the information filled by the user so enabling the PDF attachment is optional. 

    But to answer your question, yes, the PDF contains all the data filled by the specific user. 

    If you want to get all the submissions data of all the users, you have to export them into excel file or pdf file. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
