Want to be able to file in folders that are integrated with each other I visualize the system being like an indexed book clubs

After you created your form, integrate it to google spreadsheet. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet. In this way, all you submissions will be organized.
You can also check all the Submission Page where all submissions is organized. Here's how:
Go to the My Forms page, select the your form and click the Submissions button.
