I received an email that my account will by charged $69.50 in 6 days from 5/24/2012 for a jotform premium subscription.
Please note that I currently hava a FREE account. I have not requested nor do I want to upgrade my account.
Please insure that my account is not charge.

I check your account and I can't find any recurring charge receipt. Your last subscription to us was on 11/01/2011, can you please recheck if it's from us? Can you provide to us the reference numbers from the receipt you received within that date? We'll see if we can find it here.
Also, I just want to inform you that once your subscription is cancelled you will not be charged again starting the day when you cancelled your subscription. As far as I can see, yours was cancelled on 11/01/11 via Paypal.
