Can I transfer a form to another account?

I recently created a form for another company. I'd like to transfer ownership of this form to that company. So what I did is I created a sub user with the contact details of someone working there. Now my question is what happens if I delete my account? Will this sub user still have access to the form? otherwise, how to make to better transfer to another user?
