Eliminate entries in incoming emails for values that are not selected

    HI,

    I have a Parts List form which contains a high number of selection options, using checkboxes and text fields.

    When i receive an email submission, every one of these labels are listed, even though submitter may have only selected one or two of the options. Consequently I have to visually scan through all these listings to find which really had values that were input. 

    I realize improved layout could help this but....is there a setting where i can restrict the listings in the email to only the values that were selected?

    The desired effect, is that the unselected listings would not appear in the email.

    Appreciate any help you can give!

    This is probably among the top ten requested features but unfortunately, we're yet to find a way to implement it. However, if the submissions are viewed in the form's submissions page, empty fields can be hidden by selecting Auto Hide Empty Fields:

    To view a form's submissions, click My Forms then click the form and finally the Submissions button:

    To make things a little more convenient, you can include a link to the form's submissions page in the notification.
