Clarifications between user and sub-user

We have the bronze plan with 3 users. I will be adding 2 new users to this acccount soon. Can I add our webmaster as a sub-user? Will adding a sub-user go over our plan limit of 3 users? What is the difference between user and sub-user?

Basically, a sub-user account is an account owned and maintained by another JotForm user.

When you create a sub-account, you just have to enter the user's email address and share the forms you want. After that, the email address will receive an email from JotForm asking to register an account in order to view the shared forms. Once the invited user creates an account using the link provided over email, it will be automatically added as a sub-user.

All the forms you shared to the sub-user will count towards the master account's limit.

Can a sub-user send questions to support team? If yes, will you be able to tell which email address to send the reply?

Hi, yes, sub-users can send questions to the support team, and we will be able to easily identify the user that sent any question, that's because each sub-user, as my colleague previously explained, is a proper user with a proper account too, in addition to the relationship it has with the master account.

If you have more questions or need further assistance, please let us know. Thank you.
