How to perform calculation inside of the form?

I need a one page website to include a calculator like this:  http://www.gettyimages.com/purchase/price-calculator/sb10069475ab-001 .  I would prefer to use with Wix website but if not possible I can build on another platform.  1.  Can it be done? 2. May I hire someone from you organization to do this and in the alternative, can I do it?  Thank you
