You've downgraded us due to a PayPal renewal problem
Ok, the problem was with PayPal, but they told me they’ve solved with a new credit card.
The problem is that we were one of the premium bi-yearly subscribers at 69 USD once every two year.
Can you please send me payment link with that bi-yearly plan please?

I checked our records and I found your bi-yearly subscription it is with subscription ID S-8C8740942K705343X through PayPal.
I also see that you canceled this plan today. But, could you check this subscription, by using the number above, and see if you can subscribe to it again?
