I have created a form. Loaded on our site. Tested it. I receive the email with all the info, except for the file attached that is supposed to be submitted. I have tried loggin in to JotForm to no avail. No attachements to download from anywhere. This is a 3MB file and everytime I try to click on it I get an error message.
See link with error message.
The link to the site where the form is: http://www.kensingtonbusinesscenter.com/submit-artwork.html
Please any help is greatly appreciated.

This link worked fine for me:
It can sometimes take several minutes for an uploaded files to be available.

I have been waiting for the files to show up on my email. Like I said, I've received an email with no attachments.
Any ideas as to why is this happening?

Uploaded fles are not attached on the submission emails. We only include a link to the uploaded file from the email. You should click on the link to see/download the uploaded file.

I have uploaded several files. One about 70KB it shows up on the link to be downloaded. On the one that is almost 3MB does not show, but a Red X mark.
Could you please advise if this has something to do with you limiting the size on your end?
What is the maximum size you can upload?

You might have deleted the submission. Because I am ooking at your "Submissions" page and all of the image links works.
I checked your form, your upload field max size is set to 5MBs. So, it should be fine.

I can see small size files. However, larger files, such as the 3MB I have sent, I cannot view anywhere. There's either a limit or there's definately a bug.
Can you please check what the problem seems to be?
We're testing your work, if it works for us, then we will upgrade. However, we need answers that help us fix the problem. We're not even being suggested what to do or where the problem seems to be.

Can you post the large file on your web site and email us the URL? Also, include the URL of the form in the email. If the form has many upload fileds, please let us know which field has the problem.
So, we can test it ourselves and see what is the problem.
